Returns and Exchanges
Our goal at See Kai Run is complete customer confidence and satisfaction.
If you are not happy with your See Kai Run purchase for any reason, you can return or exchange unused items, in their original condition, within 45 days of the date of purchase. Orders returned beyond this time period will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse worn merchandise. Footwear should be tested and tried on carpeted surfaces only.
Please note that certain items are nonreturnable, including discontinued items, all sale items, and “Final Sale” items. See Kai Run can only accept returns from products purchased through this site.
TO QUALIFY FOR A REFUND, ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS MUST BE MET:
- A Return Authorization (RA#) must be requested from our customer service team within 45 days from the date of purchase. To request a RA#, please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Product(s) returned to See Kai Run directly must have been purchased from our website.
- Product(s) purchased from any retailer or website other than this website must be returned to original purchase location, in accordance with the return policy of the purchase location.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returning product(s) to ALCA Distribution Inc.
- Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) as per the sole discretion of ALCA Distribution Inc.
- If the Product(s) is returned without a RA#, ALCA Distribution Inc. cannot process your refund.
- The product(s) must be returned to ALCA Distribution Inc. within three weeks after the completion of the RA form to be considered a valid return.
- Depending on your financial institution, the processing of your refund can take up to 7 business days to post to your account. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment in which the order was placed. If you no longer have the card you originally used to place your order, your financial institution will issue your refund in check form.
- You will be issued an email when your return has been received and processed by ALCA Distribution Inc.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- The product(s) must be returned to ALCA Distribution within three weeks after the completion of the RA form to be considered a valid return.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Any Product(s) purchased from an unauthorized retailer or website (eBay, Craig’s List, etc.) will null and void the return and warranty policy.
- You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges, and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product(s) while in transit to ALCA Distribution Inc.
Please note that certain items are nonreturnable, including sale items, discontinued items, and "Final Sale" items.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
To receive your items as quickly as possible, place a new order on See Kai Run for the product that you want. Next, return the original (unused and in new condition) item to us. Please note that you are responsible for any shipping costs to return the original item(s) to See Kai Run.
If you received a gift that you would like to exchange, the item must currently be listed on our website and in new, unworn condition to be considered for an exchange. Please contact our Customer Care Team at email@example.com or 1.866.627.9690 for assistance.
If any item arrives damaged, there has been an error in your order, or you feel you have received a product with a workmanship or material flaw, please contact our Customer Care Team for assistance at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1.866.627.9690. If you purchased the item somewhere other than this website, please work with the retailer where the item was purchased.
